When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After an order is placed, if your order needs verification of payment, it can delay the processing of your order. This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

Tracking Your Order 

An order number will be provided to you once the order has been placed. A tracking code will be attached to this document and include the items in the order as well as the order number. This document will be provided to you within 24 hours. If you are unable to track your order, please contact for further assistance. 

Change or Cancel Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please contact customer care at

Returns & Exchanges

Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at  for the quickest response.

If a product needs to be exchanged, a new order can be placed for the correct item and a simple return of the previous item can be conducted within 10 days after the order has been received. 

If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Race Kraft. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price minus the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.

Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted Race Kraft customer service, the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.

All returns must be authorized by email from Returns must be received within 10 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed or packaging opened. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.

International returns must be received within 30 days of receiving your package. Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.  Please include your invoice or order number. Shipping and duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable.
